If you decide to move, these warranties are 100% transferrable.
JDB Homes 30-Day & 90-Day Service Appointments
Your JDB Warranty Specialist will pre-determine these appointments with you to ensure your home is functioning perfectly for you. Any warrantable items will be resolved for you in a timely and professional manner.
JDB Homes 10-Month & 20-Month Follow-Up
Your JDB Warranty Specialist will schedule to meet with you 10 months after closing and 20 months after closing to follow-up on your home’s performance and resolve any warranty items, including the one time complimentary drywall touch up at the 10-month appointment. As always, it is our goal to make sure you are absolutely satisfied and comfortable in your home.
