JDB Homes is the model other builders should take when dealing with customers. From the beginning, JDB was very straightforward and did not make any promises they could not keep. Throughout the entire buying process, JDB’s staff was very attentive (even after closing) and provided wonderful customer service as well as making me feel empowered about my choices. As a one time Boy Scout, a few words come to mind about JDB: Trustworthy (they stand by their word), Loyal, Helpful (they explained everything to the detail I wanted), Friendly (goes without saying), Courteous (respected me and my wishes), Kind (very understanding in difficult times), Obedient (I asked for very detailed things to happen and it happened as promised), Cheerful (even in challenging times the great attitude they have never faltered), Thrifty (the value in my house shows), and Clean (the house when given was as new and clean as they come). You are not just buying a house from JDB Homes; you are buying the quality and reputation they stand for.

Words cannot fully express the appreciation we have for JDB's President, John, and the JDB team! We chose JDB because of the quality, design, location, and price of the home, but John was kind, genuine, and always consistent, and the level of detail that he commits to every home is more than I have EVER seen in any developer or builder. Our buying process was also very smooth and we most appreciated the patience, courteousness, caring, and non-pushy manner of our New Home Specialist. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and clear options were offered when appropriate. JDB did such a phenomenal job that we have already recommended them to many people; one of which who has already bought in the same subdivision. John is more than our Builder; he and the JDB team will forever be friends to our family. We have truly been blessed to have had them in our lives.

Buying my JDB home was an easy process because JDB's staff understands what customer service is all about. My New Home Specialist was helpful from beginning to end and always there when I needed her, and the President of JDB actually did my walk-through, which was great. Our experience with JDB Homes was amazing and we highly recommend them! Since this is my first home, I felt so relieved that someone really cared about me in my home buying process and I appreciate you treating me like part of the family! JDB Homes offers brand new beautiful homes at great prices, not to mention our New Home Specialist and JDB's President were very helpful, always cheerful, and treated us like family. If I could buy a bigger JDB home or ever have the opportunity to buy another JDB home, I would; I love everything about my home. I just wanted to let you know how great it was to meet you and thank you for spending time showing me the "dream home" and presenting everything so elegantly. I am grateful for your help as this is the biggest change in my life. No other home came even close to JDB’s quality and style, and the amazing decorating job done in your model really cemented the wow factor. You all are a great team and it really shows in the homes you build. It truly is a dream completed after searching off and on for a home these last two years.
